How do I attach receipts to my invoices? (Pro)
How do I attach receipts to my invoices? (Pro)

If you need to include receipts, images or files in your invoices, you’re able to add them as attachments.

To Attach Receipts on the Mobile App

  1. Create your invoice by following the steps here

  2. Under Attachments tap on ‘+Add’

  3. In the ‘Name’ field, enter the name you’d like displayed for the attachment

  4. Tap on the ‘Attach Receipt’ button

  5. Select whether you’d like to ‘Attach a Photo’, ‘Choose an existing Photo’, or ‘Choose an existing File’

  6. Select the photo or file

  7. Tap ‘Save’ to save that receipt to the invoice

  8. Finish creating your invoice

To Attach Receipts on the Web App

  1. Create your invoice by following the steps here

  2. Under the ‘Attachments’ section, click ‘Attach File’

  3. Select a photo or file from your computer

  4. Enter the the name you’d like displayed for the attachment in the ‘Description’ field

  5. Click the ‘Save’ button

If you’ve already attached receipts to expenses tracked in Hurdlr that you’re adding to your invoice, you will be prompted to select whether you’d like to add those receipts to your invoice. To learn more about adding expenses to your invoices, check out the article here.
