With Hurdlr Pro, you have the ability to invite your accountant or bookkeeper to manage your account with their own login. With this login, they can view your account, make changes, export reports of your data, and reconcile your linked accounts.
Inviting Your Accountant:
To invite your accountant:
Tap the 3 dots in the top left corner of the mobile app, or click the gear icon on the top right corner of the web app.
Select 'Accountant Access'
Enter your accountant’s information
Click the 'Send Invite' button
After sending the invite, your accountant will receive an email with their own credentials to log into our Accountant Dashboard and access your account. Once your accountant accepts your invitation and logs in for the first time, you’ll receive a notification.
Removing Your Accountant
If you no longer want your accountant to have access to your Hurdlr account, you can remove them.
To remove your accountant’s access at any time:
Tap the 3 dots on the top left corner of the mobile app, or click the gear icon on the top right corner of the web app
Select 'Accountant Access'
Select the accountant you want to remove
Click 'Remove Accountant'
Restoring Your Accountant
If you previously invited your accountant and removed them, you will need to restore them if you'd like to give them access to your Hurdlr account again.
To restore an accountant:
Tap the 3 dots on the top left corner of the mobile app, or click the gear icon on the top right corner of the web app
Click 'Accountant Access'
Click the triangle icon next to the '+ Add' button and select 'Inactive'
Click on the accountant that you want to restore
Click the 'Restore Accountant' button
