How can I add my own custom tasks?

In addition to the default tasks, you can add your own custom tasks. 

To add a custom task on the mobile app:

  1. Tap 3 dots in top left corner

  2. Select Time & Tasks

  3. Tap gear icon in top right corner

  4. Tap "Tasks"

  5. Tap the plus sign in the top right corner

  6. Enter details such as the task name and the default hourly (if applicable)

  7. Tap “Save”

To add a custom task on the web app:

  1. Click gear icon in top right corner

  2. Click “Tasks”

  3. Click “+Add” button in top right corner

  4. Enter details such as the task name and the default hourly rate (if applicable)

  5. Click “Save”
