When you first link a bank account or credit card, the past 30 days of transactions will automatically pull into your Hurdlr account within a few minutes.

Once linked, new transactions may take up to 3-5 business days to import into Hurdlr due to our algorithm waiting for your transactions to fully post to your account. We originally intended to pull transactions from your bank as soon as they were pending; however, we ran into consistency issues because many banks reported transactions under different names or the amounts could change, prior to when the transaction is fully posted.

If new transactions are not pulling into your Hurdlr account after 5-business days, this might indicate an issue between Hurdlr and your bank. In order to resolve this, please reach out to the Customer Success Team via our in-app chat for further assistance.
