How do I delete/restore a Listing or Buyer?
Updated over a year ago

Once a listing/buyer is sold or has fallen through and you no longer have new data that you need to tag to it, you can archive it. Once you do so, the listing/buyer will no longer appear in the options of listings/buyers used for tagging mileage, expenses, and income.

Archiving a Listing or Buyer

  1. On the mobile app, tap the 3 dots icon in the top left corner and select 'Listings & Buyers' or on the web app, click 'Listings & Buyers' on the left side of the screen

  2. Choose the Listing or Buyer you want to archive

  3. Click 'Edit' in the top right corner

  4. Click 'Archive' at the bottom

Archiving a listing or buyer does not impact the data that you’ve tagged to it. It only stops that listing/buyer from showing up as an option to tag data moving forward.

Restoring a Listing or Buyer That You Deleted

If you need to tag additional data to a listing or buyer that you’ve archived, you can restore it at any time. Once restored, it will be included in the Listings & Buyers list you can choose from when tagging your data.

On the Mobile App

  1. Tap the 3 dots icon in the top left corner

  2. Select 'Listings & Buyers'

  3. Choose whether it is a 'Listing’ or ‘Buyer' at the top of the screen

  4. Tap the gray bar that say 'All' and change to 'Archived'

  5. Select the archived listing or buyer that you want to restore

  6. Tap 'Edit' in the top right corner

  7. Tap 'Restore' at the bottom

On the Web App

  1. Click 'Listings and Buyers' on the left side of the screen

  2. Click the Type field to select whether it’s a 'Listing' or 'Buyer'

  3. Click the 'All' Filter

  4. Select 'Archived' from the drop-down

  5. Select the archived listing or buyer that you want to restore

  6. Click 'Edit' in the top right corner

  7. Click 'Restore' at the bottom
