If you have a real estate business, you have the option to track your listings and buyers. If you no longer need to tag income, expenses, and mileage to a particular listing or buyer, you should archive it. Archiving a listing or buyer doesn't impact the data that you’ve tracked and tagged to that listing/buyer. It only stops the listing or buyer from showing up as an option when tagging moving forward. There isn’t an option to permanently delete a listing or buyer since archiving it allows you to restore it later if needed.

To Archive Listings/Buyers

On the Mobile App

  1. Tap the 3 dots in the top left corner

  2. Click ‘Listings & Buyers’

  3. Select 'Listings' or 'Buyers' at the top of the screen depending what you need to delete

  4. Choose the Listing or Buyer you want to delete

  5. Tap 'Edit' in the top right corner

  6. Tap the 'Archive Listing/Buyer' button at the bottom
