If you wish to change your password, you can do so by following these steps:
Tap the 3 dots in the top left corner of the mobile app or click the gear icon in the top right corner of the web app
Select ‘Account Info’
Select ‘Login Information’
Click the ‘Change’ button in the Password field
Enter your current password and new password
Click the ‘Save’ button to save your changes
If you don’t remember your current password, you’ll need to log out of your Hurdlr account and reset your password. To do so:
Tap the 3 dots in the top left corner of the mobile app or click the gear icon in the top right corner of the web app
Select ‘Account Info’
Click ‘Log Out’
On the Login screen, click ‘Lost Password’
Enter the email address associated with your Hurdlr account
Check your email and use the password that was emailed to you to log in
After you successfully log in, you'll be prompted to update your password
