If you would like to provide Hurdlr to your employees to have them track their mileage and/or expenses for reimbursement purposes, you can sign up for a Hurdlr Employer Dashboard. This dashboard is intended for companies with 5+ employees.

With the Employer Dashboard, you can easily create Hurdlr accounts for your employees, so they can track their business expenses and mileage, and you’ll be able to pull a reimbursement report for each employee.

To get started:

  1. Go to https://web.hurdlr.com/enterpriseSignup/register to create your Employer Dashboard

  2. Enter your Business Name

  3. Select “Employees” specifically (this option will have the reimbursement report feature)

  4. Select the Business Type most relevant to your business

  5. Enter your email/password (NOTE: The dashboard cannot be under the same email as an existing Hurdlr account)

  6. Create account

Once you’ve created your account, click on your email in the top right corner to add your payment information. Once your payment information has been added, you can start adding your employees by clicking the orange Add Employee button. Just enter their name and email, and when you click the Save Details button, they’ll receive an email with their login information to get started with tracking their mileage and expenses.
