Can I provide Hurdlr to my employees to track their mileage and expenses for reimbursement?

If you would like to provide Hurdlr to your employees so they can track their mileage and/or expenses for reimbursement purposes, you can sign up for a Hurdlr Employer Dashboard. This dashboard is intended for companies to provide Hurdlr to 5+ users.

With the Employer Dashboard, you can easily create Hurdlr accounts for your employees, so they can track their business expenses and/or mileage, and you’ll be able to pull a reimbursement report for each employee.

To Create your Employer Dashboard

  1. Navigate to the Hurdlr Enterprise sign up page

  2. Enter your Business Name

  3. Select ‘Employees’ (ensure you have this selected so you will have the reimbursement report feature)

  4. Choose the ‘Business Type’ most relevant to your business

  5. Enter your email address and password (Note: The dashboard cannot be under the same email as an existing Hurdlr account)

  6. Click ‘Create an Account’

To Add Your Payment Method for Monthly Billing

  1. Once you’ve created your account, click on your email in the top right corner

  2. Click the ‘Add’ button next to ‘Payment Information’

  3. Enter your payment details

  4. Click ‘Update Card Details’

To Create Hurdlr Accounts for your Employees

After adding your payment method, you can start adding your employees, which will create their account and send them an invitation to log into their Hurdlr account.

  1. Click the orange ‘+Add Employees’ button

  2. Enter their name and email address

  3. Click ‘Save Details’

  4. After clicking the ‘Save Details’ button, your member will be listed in your dashboard, and (they will receive an email with their login information to log into the Hurdlr account that you created for them)

To Remove an Employee

  1. Click the drop down arrow next to the ‘Action’ button

  2. Select ‘Remove User’

  3. Confirm that you’d like to remove this user

After deleting a user, you will no longer be able to view their data or reports.

To View Removed Users

  1. Click the filter ‘Type’

  2. Select ‘Removed’ from the drop down

You’ll be billed based on the number of billable users for the given month. After paying your current month’s invoice, you won’t be billed for removed users moving forward.
