At the top of the Listings & Buyer’s section of Hurdlr, you’ll see a number labeled 'Commission Pipeline.'

This number represents the estimated commission of your ‘Active’, ‘Under Contract’, and ‘Pending’ listings and buyers to help give you an idea of the potential income you may earn based on the listings & buyers that you’re currently working with.

Any listings or buyers that are listed with the status ‘Off Market’, ‘Sold’, or ‘Archived’ are not factored into the commission pipeline that you see at the top of the Listings & Buyers Dashboard.

When you create a new listing or buyer, you’ll be prompted to enter the estimated listing/purchase price and commission percentage, and Hurdlr uses this to calculate the estimated commission for each listing or buyer.

The Commission Pipeline does not impact your income or tax calculation. You should track any income that you actually earn in the Income Dashboard, so that it is factored into your reports and tax estimates.
