After you’ve submitted your tax return, you’ll see the ‘File Taxes’ button on the Taxes Dashboard update to ‘View filing’. You can click that button to access your past tax returns filed through April.
You can also log directly into your April account to access your past tax returns by logging in at https://tax.getapril.com/login.
In your April account, you can view or download your return as a PDF file.
