How do I get help with using Hurdlr?

Hurdlr has a comprehensive Help Center, which offers video tutorials and detailed FAQs to help you with navigating the app, setting up certain features, understanding subscription plans, and much more. If you need additional help with specific questions or issues, Hurdlr offers live support from our Customer Success team via in-app chat and email during normal business hours (Monday-Friday).

In-App Chat Support

In-app chat is the quickest and most efficient way to reach out to our Customer Success team. By reaching out via in-app chat, our team will already have your account details and can more quickly address your specific questions. Our team typically replies to messages sent via in-app chat within 24 business hours, and you will get a notification in the app when we reply.

To send a new message to our team via in-app chat:

  1. Make sure you’re logged into your Hurdlr account

  2. On the mobile app, tap the chat bubble icon in the top left corner or on the web app, click the ‘?’ icon in the top right corner

  3. Select ‘Send us a message’

Email Support

You can also contact our Customer Success team via email by emailing When emailing our team be sure to send your email from the same email address that your Hurdlr account is under and/or include the email your Hurdlr account is under in your message. Our team typically replies to messages sent via email within 48 business hours.
