New transactions take 3 to 5 business days to import into Hurdlr due to our algorithm waiting for transactions to fully post to your account to ensure accuracy.

If no new transactions have been pulled into your Hurdlr account in over 5 business days, this might indicate an issue between Hurdlr and your bank. To resolve this, please reach out to the Customer Success team via in-app chat for assistance. Tap on the chat icon in the upper left corner of the app and we'll be happy to help!
