If you drive multiple vehicles, you can track each car in Hurdlr, helping you keep detailed records of all of your trips per vehicle.
If tracking your mileage via Bluetooth, you can even select which car each Bluetooth device is associated with.
Adding a Car
To add a car:
Tap the 3 dots icon in the top left corner in the Mobile App, or tap the gear icon in the top right corner in the Web App
Select ‘Cars’
Tap the ‘+’ sign in the top right corner
Enter the details about your car including Nickname, Make, Model, and Year
Toggle ON ‘Primary Car’ if you want to automatically associate your trips with this specific vehicle
If desired, you can enter the January 1 odometer reading for each year
Tap ‘Save’
All trips will be automatically tagged to whichever car has the ‘Primary Car’ setting toggled on. You can update your ‘Primary Car’ at any time as needed. You can also edit tracked trips if you need to update the car.
Editing the Car for a Tracked Trip
If your trip is tagged to the wrong car, you are able to go back and edit the trip in order to correct the car.
To edit the car for a particular trip:
Navigate to the Mileage Dashboard
Select the specific drive you want to edit
Change the car field to whichever vehicle you want associated with that trip
Click 'Save'
Report of Mileage per Car
You can export your Mileage Details List report to see your mileage driven per car. To export your report, follow the steps here. When you open the Mileage Details List report, you’ll see the total mileage per vehicle broken out in the summary tab.
To see the individual trips for each car, you can navigate to the Business Mileage List tab or Personal Mileage List tab of the report and sort/filter by the ‘Car Name’ column to view the specific trips recorded for each car.
