With the Favorite Location feature, you can name addresses that you travel to often such as your Home, Office, Client Site, Grocery Store, Gym, etc. This makes it easier to identify your trips.

For example, if you create a Favorite Location for your Client Site, you’ll easily be able to identify those trips as business, while if you create a Favorite Location for your Gym, you’ll easily be able to identify that those trips are personal. In fact, you can even create rules to automatically tag those drives as business/personal.

Note: When you export your Mileage Detail List spreadsheet, the full addresses of your Favorite Locations will still be shown for the start and stop locations.

There are 2 ways to create a Favorite Location: Manually or From a Tracked Drive.

To create a Favorite Location manually:

  1. In the mobile app, tap the gear icon on the Mileage tab or in the web app, click the gear icon in the top right corner

  2. Select “Favorite Locations”

  3. Select the plus sign in the top right corner

  4. Enter the name and address of your Favorite Location

  5. Select the "Save" button

To create a Favorite Location from a tracked drive:

  1. Select the drive that you want to set a Favorite Location for and navigate to the start/end location field

  2. Select the blue star next to the address you want to name

  3. You’ll see a pop up prompting you to name the address

  4. Enter the name you want to set and then select the “Save Location” button

To view, edit, or delete a Favorite Location:

  1. In the mobile app, tap the gear icon on the Mileage tab or in the web app, click the gear icon in the top right corner

  2. Select “Favorite Locations”

  3. You can tap any Favorite Location in the list to see the address, delete it, create a rule, or see what rules are applied to it.
