It’s not possible to search/filter in the mobile app, but the web app offers a search feature as well as filters to help you easily find and view specific data. If you’re a Hurdlr Pro subscriber, you can even use the Advanced Search feature.

Using the Search Feature

  1. Log into the web app on your computer or tablet at web.hurdlr.com/login

  2. Navigate to the Dashboard you want to search

  3. Click on the search bar and search by certain criteria

In the Mileage Dashboard, you can search by:

  • Address

  • Distance

  • Business name

  • Client name

In the Income/Expenses Dashboard (Free & Premium) or Transactions Dashboard (Pro), you can search by:

  • Vendor

  • Amount

  • Business name

  • Category

Using the Filters

  1. Log into the web app on your computer or tablet at web.hurdlr.com/login

  2. Navigate to Dashboard you want to search

  3. The filters are in the top right above the Income/Expense/Mileage List

There are several different filters you can adjust:

  • Type Filter

    • All - All transactions or drives except the ones that have been deleted

    • New - All untagged transactions or drives

    • Business - All transactions or drives that have been tagged as Business

    • Personal - All transactions or drives that have been tagged as Personal

    • Archived - All transactions or drives that have been deleted

    • Refunds (Expenses Dashboard filter only)

Pro users have additional filters in the Money Out and Money In Dashboards for Liabilities, Equity, Other Income/Other Expenses, Invoice Payments, and Bank Transfers.

  • Date Filter

    • Current Year - All transactions or drives from the current year

    • Past Year - All transactions or drives from the past year

    • Custom Range - All transactions or drives from the custom timeframe that you set

  • Rows Filter

    • Choose how many rows to show on each page (5, 10, 25, 50)
