You can easily tag your trips one-by-one; however, you are able to tag multiple trips at once, making it faster and easier to categorize your mileage.
The Speed Tagging feature allows you to select multiple trips in order to tag them all as either Business or Personal at once.
On the Mobile App
Navigate to the Mileage tab
Tap the orange tag button in the bottom right corner (Automatic mileage tracking must be toggled ON to see this option)
Select the checkmarks next to each trip you’d like to tag, or select the checkmark at the top to select all
At the top, choose to tag all selected trips as either Business or Personal
On the Web App
Navigate to the Mileage Dashboard
Select the checkboxes next to each trips you’d like to tag, or click the checkbox at the top to select all on that page (note that you can change the Rows filter to 50 to see more trips at once)
At the top, select ‘Tag as Business’ or ‘Tag as Personal’
Tag as Business - Tags all selected trips as Business
Tag as Personal - Tags all selected trips as Personal
On the web app, you can also use the Speed Tagging feature to delete trips in bulk. Learn more here.
