How do I transfer my data to access it on another device?

Hurdlr stores all of your data on the cloud (Amazon Web Services (AWS)), not your device. This allows you to easily access your data at any time using any of your devices, meaning that you do not need to transfer any data if your device gets lost/damaged or if you get a new device. As you track data in your Hurdlr account, it automatically syncs with the cloud, allowing you to view up-to-date information using any of your devices.

To Log into your Hurdlr Account on a New Device

You can access your data from any device by simply logging into your Hurdlr account with your credentials.

  1. Navigate to the Hurdlr login screen from the mobile or web app

  2. Select 'Log In'

  3. Enter your credentials (email and password)

  4. Click 'Login'

To Reset Password

If you forget your password, you can easily reset it via email. To do so:

  1. Navigate to the Hurdlr login screen from the mobile or web app

  2. Select 'Log In'

  3. Click 'Lost Password?'

  4. Enter your email to receive a temporary password

  5. Copy and paste the temporary password from your email and use to log into your account

  6. Once logged in, you will be prompted to update your password
