My report looks blank, what's wrong?

Your reports reflect all of the data that you’ve tracked and tagged in your Hurdlr account. If your report appears blank, there are two main things you should double check:

  1. Make sure that you’ve tagged your data as Business or Personal for the date range of your report.

    In order for data to be reflected in your reports, your trips and transactions need to be tagged as Business or Personal. If your trips and transactions are untagged, they will not appear in your reports. Learn more about viewing your untagged trips here and your untagged transactions here.

  2. Make sure that you’re fully opening the report and not viewing it in a preview version.

    To ensure that you’re fully opening the report, you may want to download the file and open it from your device. If you export a spreadsheet report, you’ll need to open and view it with a spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
