Problems loading the desktop site are typically caused by an extension like uBlock or NoScript. In order to use the site, you'll need to disable the extension to allow Hurdlr.

To disable uBlock:

Click on the small uBlock icon in your omnibox, (very top right of your page, near the Chrome Menu icon), then tap the big blue circle-like symbol and it will then turn gray. Refresh the page and it should load properly.

Alternatively, you can add a site to your Whitelist by going to the uBlock extension > Options > Whitelist > add/delete, edit a URL > Apply changes.

To disable NoScript:

Right-click on the page > open the NoScript menu > add Allowing to web.hurdlr.com.

If you're still having trouble loading the site, please reach out to our Customer Success team by tapping the chat button in the bottom right of this page or email us at hello@hurdlr.com.
