If you use Lone Wolf ZipFormPlus or TransactionDesk to track your real estate transactions, you can link your account with Hurdlr to automatically pull your listing and buyer data (including addresses, listing price, commission rate, and status) into the Listings & Buyers Dashboard in Hurdlr.
Tracking your Listings & Buyers allows you to track the Profit & Loss for your real estate business at the client level. Learn more about tracking your P&L at the listing/buyer level here.
Linking Your Lone Wolf Account with Hurdlr
If you already have a Hurdlr account
First make sure that you’re using the same email address for Hurdlr and for ZipFormPlus or TransactionDesk. Once you confirm this, follow these steps:
Go to ‘Partners’ tab in ZipFormPlus or TransactionDesk
Click the ‘Claim Account’ button for Hurdlr
Since you already have a Hurdlr account, this will send you an email from Hurdlr with the subject ‘Hurdlr Email Verification’
Reply to that email confirming you'd like to link your Lone Wolf account to Hurdlr
Our Customer Success team will link your Lone Wolf account to Hurdlr and reply to your email once it’s been done
If you’re not already using Hurdlr
You can create a Hurdlr account through Lone Wolf’s ZipFormPlus or TransactionDesk dashboard by following these steps:
Go to ‘Partners’ tab in ZipFormPlus or TransactionDesk
Click the ‘Claim Account’ button for Hurdlr
This will create your Hurdlr account and direct you to the app to set your Hurdlr password
Syncing Your Lone Wolf Data with Hurdlr
Once your Lone Wolf account is linked, this data is automatically synced on a daily basis. However, you are able to manually sync your data at any time to pull the most up-to-date information recorded in Lone Wolf.
To Manually Sync your Lone Wolf Data in Hurdlr
On the mobile app, tap the 3 dots icon in the top left corner or on the web app, click the gear icon in the top right corner
Select ‘Integrations’ (under Listings & Buyers section)
Click ‘Refresh’ in the top right corner
Making Changes to a Listing/Buyer
If you need to make changes to any of your listings or buyers (such as the status, listing price, commission, etc), you must do so directly in your Lone Wolf account. Any changes you make directly in Hurdlr will be reverted to what is reflected in Lone Wolf when the daily sync occurs.
