In addition to sending invoices directly to your clients via email, you have the option to print/download them. If you’re using the mobile app, you also have the option to send them via text message or other messaging app. This allows you to share the invoices with your clients outside of Hurdlr/email or to print them for your own records.
These options only download the invoice file itself, so there is no payment link for your clients to make payments via credit card/bank transfer through the invoice. If you’re planning to bill your clients via credit card/bank transfer, you’ll need to send the invoice directly from Hurdlr by selecting the ‘Save and Send’ option.
To use one of these options, you’ll first need to finalize the invoice and select ‘Save Final without Sending’. After doing so, you can following these step to print/download or send you invoice another way:

Tap the 3 dots in the top left corner
Select Invoicing
Tap on the finalized invoice
Tap ‘Other Options’ at the bottom
Tap ‘Print’
You’ll see options to print, text, or send the file via another app and can select the option you’d like to use
On the Web App
On the Web App
Click Invoices on the left side of your screen
Locate the finalized invoice
Click the blue arrow button on the far right
Select ‘Print’ from the drop-down
From here, you can print or download the file
