How do I attach receipts to my invoices? (Pro)

To attach receipts and other files to your invoices, you can follow these steps:

On the mobile app:

  1. Tap on the three dots in the top left corner

  2. Select Invoicing

  3. Tap on the invoice that you want to attach a receipt to

  4. Tap on “Next” in the top right corner of the invoice

  5. Under Attachments tap on “+Add”

  6. In the ‘Name’ field enter the name of the receipt and tap on the “Attach Receipt” button to “Attach a Photo”, “Choose an existing Photo”, or “Choose an existing File”

  7. Tap “Save” to save that receipt to the invoice and then tap “Save” again in the invoice to save the changes that you made

On the web app:

  1. Click on the Invoices section

  2. Select the invoice that you want to attach a receipt to

  3. Under the Attachments section in the invoice click on the “Attach File” button. You’ll be able to select an image or file from your computer to be included in the invoice.

  4. Click on “Save”

If you’ve already attached your receipts to your expenses tracked in Hurdlr, then Hurdlr will automatically ask you if you want to add those receipts to your invoice when you’re adding these expenses to your invoices.
