Rules can be really helpful for automating the tagging of your income and expenses. However, it’s not possible to create a rule to automatically delete certain transactions.

If you need to delete certain transactions, you’ll need to delete them manually.

To delete a transaction in the mobile app:

  1. Navigate to the Income or Expenses tab

  2. Select the specific transaction you want to delete

  3. Tap the ‘Delete’ button at the bottom

To delete a transaction in the web app:

  1. Navigate to the Income/Expenses Dashboard (Free & Premium) or Transactions Dashboard (Pro)

  2. Select the specific transaction you want to delete to expand its details

  3. Click the ‘Delete button’

To bulk delete transactions:

On the web app, you also have the ability to bulk delete transactions, which you can do by following the steps here.
