How do I find Archived/Deleted Income or Expenses?

In Hurdlr, any transactions that you delete are not permanently deleted; rather they are moved to the Archived section of the Income/Expenses Dashboard (Free & Premium)/Transactions Dashboard (Pro). This ensures that you can easily restore a transaction at any time if you delete a transaction accidentally. Don’t worry archived transactions are not reflected in your reports, totals, or tax estimates.

To View Archived Income/Expenses

On the Mobile App

  1. Navigate to the Income or Expenses tab

  2. Tap ‘Reviewed’ at the top

  3. Tap the gray bar for this year

  4. Select 'Archived' from the drop-down

On the Web App

  1. Navigate to the Income/Expenses Dashboard (Free & Premium) or Transactions Dashboard (Pro)

  2. Change the Type filter to ‘Archived’

To Restore Archived Income/Expenses

On the Mobile App

  1. Navigate to the Income or Expenses tab

  2. Tap ‘Reviewed’ at the top

  3. Tap the gray bar for this year

  4. Select 'Archived' from the drop-down

  5. Tap on the transaction that you want to restore

  6. Tap the ‘Restore’ button on the bottom

On the Web App

  1. Navigate to the Income/Expenses Dashboard (Free & Premium) or Transactions Dashboard (Pro)

  2. Change the Type filter to ‘Archived’

  3. Click on the transaction that you want to restore

  4. Click the ‘Restore’ button
